Hi and welcome!
This is the communication hub for FACE@APPS — a committee for parents, carers and guardians of students at Antonio Park Primary School. You will find information about FACE@APPS and the activities it runs, plus helpful information for navigating the school and how you can keep in the loop. As this site continues to develop we would love feedback on how we can make it better. Contact details are below. Drop us a line!
FACE@APPS represents the interests of the parents and families of our school community and contributes to their wellbeing and understanding of school operations.
We are the voice of school families and we:
- channel community views to school leadership about school policies
- promote cultural and social diversity by encouraging membership and participation by all in the FACE@APPS committee and its activities
- run social groups and events, such as, school disco, movie nights, trivia night and Christmas carols
- support school events and functions, such as, sporting events, working bees, book fair and school production.
FACE@APPS contributes to school decision making through involvement in School Leadership and School Council, and is governed by a constitution set out by the Department of Education. Meet some of our FACE@APPS people in this video.
What’s important to you?
The objectives of FACE@APPS are outlined in our constitution and we’d love to know which ones are most important to you. Please take a couple of minutes to rate them using our survey.
The school disco has been postponed and we hope the kids will be able to get their groove on in term 4. All tickets will be refunded if the event is cancelled.
The FACE Committee is run by members and all school parents or guardians can be members of the FACE Committee. Contact us using the form below to learn how to join.
We run events that help make our school better and there are many different volunteer roles. Contact us using the form below to find out about the ones that match your interests.
We’ve gathered some useful information about the school in our Parent Navigator It’s a handy reference guide on where to find things!
